Description: Single-floor family house with a terrace and a pergola in the Němčice recreational area. Unique architectural aspect intertwines three receding masses characterized by a combined motive of one flat and one single pitched roof. The mass of the main living section is raised, thus creating a raised sloping ceiling in the dwelling space with visible wooden rafters.
