Description: Residential and commercial center situated in the inner city, on the left bank of Elbe River. The complex comprises four 11-floor apartment buildings interconnected by a two-floor podium. There are 304 apartments in the residential section with total area of almost 21 000 m2 and the commercial area measures over 3 600 m2. There is also a basement area underneath, connecting the whole complex and providing 300 parking spots.
